The Standing Bouquet
A wrapped hand-tie delivered each week to your home or table. Stems are chosen the morning of delivery — ranunculus, anemone, hellebore, whatever is at its peak. We leave the stems long so you can cut them to your vase.
Maison Verte is a floral design studio on rue de Charonne, working with seasonal stems cut from our own plot in Brie and from three market gardeners we have known for a decade. No foam, no imported roses, no arrangements that forget the stem.

Dinners, weddings, gallery openings. We build the table around the room — low runners of ivy and quince, suspended clouds of dried grass, a single arched arrangement for the entrance. Every stem is conditioned in-studio the day before.
Weekly arrangements for restaurants, hotels, and salons de thé. We design a palette with your room — ceramic vessels made for us in Saint-Denis, refilled on a fixed day. No two weeks look the same; the room stays alive.
Maison Verte was opened in 2014 by Camille Aubert, who learned floristry at the Marché aux Fleurs and then spent three seasons working a market garden in Brie before taking a lease on a former cordonnier's shop on rue de Charonne.
We grow roughly forty percent of what we arrange — the rest comes from three gardeners we have worked with since the first year. Nothing is imported by air. Stems are conditioned in cool water for a full day before they enter a composition, which is why our arrangements last a week and not three days.
Once a month we clear the cutting table and hold a workshop. Six people, one season, one technique. You leave with an arrangement, a pair of snips, and the names of every stem you used.
Reserve a seatWe take consultations by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday. Tell us about the room, the table, the date — we will write back within two days with a proposal and a time to come in.
