Membership is by introduction. Once accepted, a dedicated director accompanies every decision — from the first viewing to the final handover and beyond.

A private conversation to understand your life, your taste, and the residences that would suit it. No forms, no portals.

A shortlist of three to five residences, each visited and documented by your director before it is ever presented to you.

Negotiation, legal structuring, and completion managed entirely on your behalf — you sign, we handle everything else.

Stewardship

Ongoing management of the residence for as long as you own it — staff, maintenance, and concierge coordinated through one director.
