rcmd already runs commands on your servers without SSH keys, open ports, or a VPN. This is a design study for the piece it doesn't have: a console that shows the whole fleet at once — health, history, and a shell — without giving up the CLI.

The CLI does not go away. This is the view on top of it.

See it before you fix it

Load, memory, disk and inodes from every machine, collected over the connection the agent already holds open. No second agent, no extra port, no inbound firewall rule.

A shell in the browser

Off by default, per account. Opening one needs a second factor, respects per-target permissions, times out on idle, and records the whole session to an append-only log.

Everything is written down

Every command — yours, a teammate's, a cron job's, an AI agent's — lands in one audit trail with who, where, when, and what it returned.

What this page actually is

A concept preview. The console shown above has not been built — the numbers, machines and commands are illustrative, not a screenshot of a running system. The underlying tool, rcmd, is real and does execute commands on remote machines without SSH.

This page exists to find out whether the console is worth several weeks of work before spending them. If it isn't, that's a useful answer too.
